This is a recording I made following an exploration with Rosemary smoke … I would highly recommend this plant as a way into conscious ritual. In the recording I explore weaving a simple and intentional ritual that is rooted in your experience of the being of the plant, and the ( Invitation < ~~ > Revelation ) that is revealed within this.
